You can contact us without installing the game or creating another account.
The game is in development. Google access and the distributed build’s online connection are not yet active. The instructions below distinguish local data, the prepared Cloudflare profile and Google saves.
1. Request by email
Email us with the subject “POLAR SHIFT — Data deletion”. State whether you mean a Cloudflare profile, local progress or a privacy enquiry. If available, include your public nickname and friend code; these details alone do not prove ownership. We may ask for proportionate verification. Never send passwords, Google codes or identity documents spontaneously.

2. From the game, when online is enabled
Open Privacy / Account, then “Elimina dati Cloudflare”, and confirm. The authenticated procedure removes the server profile and associated scores, sessions, friendships, blocks, reports and rewarded transaction records from the active application database. It does not delete your Google account.
3. Local progress and Google saves
Local data is separate: clearing app storage through Android settings removes local progress and preferences. If Google Saved Games is enabled, manage its data separately using Google Play Games tools; synchronization could otherwise restore a cloud save. Server deletion alone does not erase these copies.

Timing and retained copies
We handle rights requests within applicable statutory deadlines, normally one month for GDPR requests, with justified extensions where permitted. Manual requests require ownership checks; receiving an email is not proof of completed deletion. Backup retention periods and any required exceptions must be finalized before launch and are identified in the privacy draft.
